Chocolate No Bake Nut Butter Bites (Buddy’s Nut Butter)

These Chocolate No Bake Nut Butter Bites are DREAMY if I do say so myself. I mean can anything bad happen when you combine chocolate, peanut butter and oatmeal? Absolutely not.

Buddy’s Nut Butter was kind enough to send me their nut butters to try and create some delicious recipes with. As a self-proclaimed nut butter connoisseur, I was so excited to try them. Buddy’s Nut Butter is all natural and made with artisanal ingredients. I was immediately drawn to the Chocolate Peanut Butter that uses handmade chocolate and come on, peanut butter and chocolate in one jar? That is a match made in heaven.

These Chocolate No Bake Nut Butter Bites are sweet, satisfying, nutritious and EASY to make. They are adapted from my Original No Bake Nut Butter Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats (old fashioned, quick oats, gluten free, anything)
  • 1/2 cup of Buddy’s Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup of raw honey (regular honey or maple syrup work as well)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • Optional: chocolate chips, flaxseeds, nuts

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Place the covered bowl in the refrigerator and let the ingredients form together for about a half hour. Once refrigerated roll into small bite size balls. Place into airtight container and enjoy for up to one week.
