Why I Love Almonds
Almonds are a powerful little superfood nut. They are a perfect snack when you are craving something crunchy and nutritious. They also take a decent amount of chewing so you eat slower (perfect) and it takes longer to digest. A handful is just what you need to gain all of the benefits you are looking for.
I’m sure you hear all of the time that almonds are good for you, but do you actually know why? Here are a few reasons why you should add almonds into your diet:

Sure you can still eat salted or roasted almonds but always shoot for unsalted and raw. I personally buy mine at Trader Joe’s. Super affordable and come in a decent sized bag.
